The Work

A role in the Catalyst Taxation Advisory group means learning and understanding client articulated objectives and devising plans or implementing strategies that allow clients to meet those objectives.

We focus our efforts on private companies and their shareholders, dealing with issues such as corporate structures, reorganizations, shareholder remuneration planning, succession planning and transition, estate planning and creative strategies that ultimately save money.

We work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach and/or solution is brought to bear on each client where possible.

• Active: We are located in Quarry Park so you can ride/walk/run/blade to the office instead of fighting traffic to the Core.

Details:

• A designated professional with at least 5 years public accounting experience
• Completion of CICA’s In Depth tax program
• Strong technical skills and the ability to share those skills with members of a multi-disciplinary team
• Ability to handle compliance work and a passion for planning
• Experienced in coaching junior staff and assisting in their development
